We created this flavor on popular demand. Our guests wanted a pure coconut ice cream and to please them we created something truly unique. This flavor took us one of the longest to develop because we really wanted to add coconut chunks to make it mildly chewy.

Every single scoop of ice cream that Messis creates uses the highest quality ingredients has the cleanest, purest taste and there is absolutely nothing artificial about anything that Messis makes.
While wanting to showcase just how fun ice cream can be, Messis created to expand people’s palette by introducing them to many unique flavors that were inspired by cultures from all around the globe.
